On-site container loading inspection (if needed) to record actual void space, cargo stacking method and hidden transit risks.

Output targeted customized securing plan matching our Dunnage Air Bags and Composite Cord Straps.

Step 2: Customized Matching Product Recommendation

Select specification of Dunnage Air Bag: match gap width to choose proper air bag size, select food-grade / hazmat special material as required.

Select specification of Composite Cord Strap: calculate cargo total weight to confirm strap width, breaking strength, standard or heavy-duty type.

Provide supporting accessories: air inflator, strap buckles, cutting tools, operation instruction manual.

Issue quotation with detailed product matching list, test report and logistics cost analysis.

Step 3: Sample Supply & Loading Test Verification

Free samples of air bags and composite straps are delivered to customers for trial use.

Guide warehouse staff to complete trial loading inside empty container, test inflation filling effect and cross/unilateral lashing stability.

Optimize product size or operation method according to trial feedback; adjust the plan if there is unsatisfied filling or fixing effect.

Confirm the final standardized operation procedure for formal mass shipment.

Step 4: Mass Production & Timely Delivery

Arrange mass production strictly based on confirmed order specifications, conduct full inspection on air bag tightness and strap tensile strength before delivery.
