Only using traditional methods/without filling airbags, the pain points caused by cargo gaps

Cargo movement and collision, high cargo damage claims, container sea and land transportation bumps, brakes, ship swaying, gaps between goods, cardboard boxes, ton drums, steel coils, pallet goods collide with each other, packaging damage, product deformation, paint scratches, hazardous chemical barrel leakage, refusal to accept upon arrival, resulting in rework, claims, and customs detention costs.

Traditional filling materials have many defects：Waste paper, foam, and batten: filling operation costs, labor, sea transportation becomes soft and collapses due to moisture, and buffer is lost halfway; Wood chips and foam chips are easy to pollute products, which do not meet the inspection standards for food/chemical exports.

Use steel straps/non polyester fiber strapping to reinforce pain points when bundling goods

Steel strips are prone to scratching and crushing. The surface of high-end goods, such as steel coil film, color coated plates, painted iron drums, and cardboard boxes, may be scratched or stripped off by metal steel strips, resulting in the direct scrapping of finished products.

There are safety operation risks associated with steel strips. Cutting sharp steel strips can easily cut hands when workers load, unload, or dismantle cabinets; Rust occurs when exposed to seawater and moisture, and the rust water contaminates the goods.

Insufficient tension, failure to fix heavy round goods, steel coils and large iron drums that are prone to rolling, hard steel strips without buffering, buckle breakage and steel strip breakage during bumps, and damage to the box caused by cargo tipping over.

Poor cost and reusability. Disposable steel strips cannot be recycled, and the cost of consumables per cabinet is high; The steel strip is bulky and occupies space for transportation, stocking, and storage.

Poor adaptation of container anchor points, unstable fixation of steel strips that are too hard to fit the box wall anchor ring, concentrated force during unilateral reinforcement, easy to slip, and unable to form a cross shaped flexible restraint.

Customs/shipping company compliance restrictions limit the exposure of metal steel strips on certain routes to prevent scratching of container liners and other goods. Additional secondary wrapping is required before boarding.

Only use airbags/straps separately, combined with missing comprehensive pain points

Only fill the airbag: it can only block the lateral gap. When the vehicle brakes suddenly, the entire stack of goods tilts forward, but the airbag cannot stop the forward tilt, resulting in cargo damage;

Only bundling straps: can only hold the goods, there is no buffer between the goods, continuous friction and collision under transportation vibration, and the outer packaging is worn and damaged;

Two sets of products are purchased separately, with inconsistent suppliers. There is no standardized plan for on-site matching, and container loading workers have chaotic operations, resulting in uneven reinforcement effects.
