This real-shot photo shows the cargo loading state inside a shipping container, demonstrating the combined application of our two core products: dunnage air bags and composite cord straps.
Stacked palletized carton goods are placed side by side inside the container, leaving a large vertical gap in the middle. Our kraft paper dunnage air bag is inserted into this void. After inflation, the air bag expands to fully fill the gap, tightly pushing against the left and right cargo pallets to eliminate lateral shifting, sliding and collision during long-distance sea and land transportation.
To further strengthen cargo fixation, high-tensile composite cord straps are arranged in a cross X-shape at the container rear end. The cross straps wrap across all layers of stacked cartons, locking the whole cargo unit as a single stable block. This dual protection system perfectly solves two core shipping risks: horizontal cargo movement and forward tipping when trucks brake sharply or vessels sway at sea.
The dunnage air bag acts as a soft shock-absorbing filler to buffer impact between goods and avoid packaging abrasion or damage. The composite cord strap provides rigid cross restraint to prevent the entire pallet stack from tipping outwards. Together, they form an efficient, cost-saving cargo securing solution, widely applicable to palletized cartons, building materials, hardware and general industrial goods for container logistics.
