The container is loaded with multiple IBC totes filled with Class 8 corrosive dangerous goods (UN 2922). During ocean transportation, container vibration, bumping and sudden braking will cause the stacked IBC tanks to shift, collide or topple, leading to packaging damage, chemical leakage and serious transport safety hazards.
Our dunnage air bags are placed in the vertical gap between two rows of IBC containers as buffer filling materials. After inflation, the air bags expand tightly to fill the void space, firmly locking all the liquid IBC totes in fixed positions. The air bag acts as a shock-absorbing barrier to eliminate lateral sliding and collision between heavy-duty chemical packaging.
Made of tough kraft paper and airtight inner film, these dunnage bags have excellent pressure resistance and tear resistance, suitable for long-distance maritime transit of hazardous liquid goods. They effectively prevent abrasion, denting and rupture of IBC frames, avoiding dangerous chemical spillage during shipment.
